They initially used a lousy excuse to withhold my deposit. When I told them I don't smoke and hate the smell, and it couldn't be true, they finally said they'd give my deposit back.However, it's been over a month, and I still haven't received deposit. When I called them just now, they blamed it on my bank and insisted it's not their concern. Please, no more excuses. It looks like they choose certain guests to trick into keeping their deposits. I really don't recommend staying there because you might end up paying more than you planned.In that case, I recommend choosing other hotel closer to the city center with better quality.

The bed was cozy, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The room's decor created a warm and inviting ambiance, which we appreciated.
The motel's location was convenient, allowing us to explore the local area easily. Returning to our room after a day of sightseeing was a pleasure.
Location was handy but noisy. Rooms were clean but small and maintenance poor. Reception only open 2 - 5pm and out of hours check-in was confusing. Booked two rooms and they were on different levels with access to second floor difficult for someone with limited mobility. Expensive for basic facilities.
The location was perfect, so convenient for me and my family! We needed a place to rest and spend a few nights, and there were no issues during our stay. The staff consistently checked if we needed anything, and that's just a warm touch! Considering the place and the service, the price was absolutely reasonable! I'll surely stay here again with some friends!
To say this place is average would be generous. If this is what $300 / night gets you on the Gold Coast then I will go overseas in future for holidays. No hand towels, no extra pillows, broken tiles on paths to cut your feet on, poor signage and directions to rooms, paper thin walls and the list could go on. Also first Motel i have ever stayed at that has a bond on the room Would not recommend.

So today is the 30th of November.. no one has got into contact with me in regards to a refund for my black mould infested room.
I messaged the person in charge and he basically palmed me off. I spoke to the cleaner who was an absolute angel. She was upset also and attempted to contact her boss who was replying either. I spoke to the person at the front desk and he said that they will get back into contact with me. - they haven’t… this is four days later now…

It was packed out.
Got the room in front of the swimming pool. Big sliding door but no windows. Room is too bright in the morning. Stair to access the rooms. Very basic but ok for a quick stay
